Your Content

• You retain ownership of diagrams, prompts, uploads, and other content you submit.
• You grant Mermaid Kit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process (including via AI providers), display, and share your content as needed to operate the service.

The Mermaid Kit service, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code.
